Maximalism (I seem to be really good at it, even though I love minimalism so much). ![gustavo-panichi-specialty-img](https://hello.sketchdeck.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2021%20Sketchdeck%20Spotlight%20LP%20Assets/gustavo-panichi-specialty-img.png?width=565&name=gustavo-panichi-specialty-img.png)   ### My Journey ## What brought you to SketchDeck in the first place? Jessica Souza (Senior Graphic Designer!) recommended it to me. ![gustavo-panichi-journey-img](https://hello.sketchdeck.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2021%20Sketchdeck%20Spotlight%20LP%20Assets/gustavo-panichi-journey-img.png?width=565&name=gustavo-panichi-journey-img.png)   ### SketchDeck Opportunities ## What kind of unique opportunities has SketchDeck offered you? The “work from anywhere” part of the job allowed me to travel quite a bit before COVID. I went back to Brazil, to the U.S., all over Europe, and that was incredible. It was so good to work in new places and feel inspired based on where I was. ![gustavo-panichi-opps-img](https://hello.sketchdeck.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2021%20Sketchdeck%20Spotlight%20LP%20Assets/gustavo-panichi-opps-img.png?width=565&name=gustavo-panichi-opps-img.png)   ### Advice for Future Hires ## What advice would you give a designer interested in joining SketchDeck? Come here eager to learn and grow. I have 15 years of experience and have never worked with a platform or a company like this—I’ve gained so much knowledge from my peers and the projects I’ve worked on. ![gustavo-panichi-advice](https://hello.sketchdeck.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2021%20Sketchdeck%20Spotlight%20LP%20Assets/gustavo-panichi-advice.png?width=565&name=gustavo-panichi-advice.png)   ![Gustavo Panichi LinkedIn](https://hello.sketchdeck.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2021%20Sketchdeck%20Spotlight%20LP%20Assets/gustavo-panichi-linkedin-img.png?width=1460&height=850&name=gustavo-panichi-linkedin-img.png "Gustavo Panichi LinkedIn") Gustavo Panichi came to SketchDeck just over a year ago, and has taken full advantage of remote work to travel and be inspired by new places Here’s what He had to say.  #designerspotlight [Add Gustavo on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/gustavo-cravo-panichi/) ![ ](https://hello.sketchdeck.com/hubfs/2021%20Sketchdeck%20Spotlight%20LP%20Assets/header-bg-gray.png " ") Want to work with SketchDeck?
