What drew me in was the guarantee of work—as an introvert, finding clients myself can be very difficult.

What kind of unique opportunities has SketchDeck offered you?
The flexibility of the work. We can choose our own hours and the kind of projects we’d like to work on. If I don’t want to work on a particular project, my PM won’t assign it to me.
Advice for Future Hires
What advice would you give a designer interested in joining SketchDeck?
Focus on diversifying your skills. Even if you don’t have a lot of experience in an area, try working at it on your own time—there’s so much to work on here, it’ll really help you grow.
